Telehealth Consultations

  • Telehealth consultations with our licensed physicians are provided free of charge.
  • Since there is no fee for consultations, no refunds apply.

Medication Orders

  • Due to the personalized nature of compounded medications, all medication sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Madison Meds within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or credit.
  • Returns of opened or used medications are not accepted for safety and regulatory reasons.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Madison Meds covers all shipping costs for medication orders to the patient.
  • All packages must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. If you find any issues with your medication, please contact us immediately.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
