Madison Meds is a family-owned telehealth platform connecting eligible patients with US-licensed providers and pharmacies. We are looking for a small group of US-based Instagram creators to share their personal, provider-guided wellness journeys with their communities.
This is not a scripted ad program. We work with creators who are already living a wellness lifestyle and who want to talk about their own experience honestly, in their own voice.
Who we are looking for
Baseline requirements
- US-based and legally able to appear on camera in the United States
- 21 or older
- Active Instagram presence with an average of at least 1,000 views per video across recent posts
- Genuine interest in a provider-guided wellness path, whether weight management, peptides, longevity, or overall health
We are equally interested in the tone of your content. We want creators whose voice feels honest, supportive, and grounded, not salesy. If your feed already reflects self-care, longevity, family life, fitness, or wellness-forward living, you will likely be a good fit.
How the partnership works
Book a 30-minute Zoom intake with Amanda from our team.
If it is a fit, you complete a telehealth evaluation with an independent licensed provider.
Post authentic, first-person content about your experience under a clear paid partnership disclosure.
Compensation, deliverables, and content guidelines are discussed during the intake call and formalized in a written creator agreement. Every partnership is unique and based on your audience, content style, and the treatment path your provider approves.

Madison Meds is a healthcare platform. That means everything we share, and everything our creators share, has to be honest and safe for the people watching.
What that looks like in practice: Personal, past-tense language about your own experience. No promises of specific weight loss, cures, or medical outcomes. No comparisons to brand-name medications. A clear paid partnership disclosure on every post. And full transparency that any treatment is prescribed by a licensed provider only when clinically appropriate.
