At Madison Meds, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality telehealth care and prescription treatment. Because we provide medical services and prescription medications, our refund policy is structured to comply with healthcare and pharmacy regulations.
Because medications are dispensed based on an individualized prescription, refunds are prohibited once fulfillment begins. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Prescription Medications Are Non-Refundable
Due to federal and state pharmacy laws, all prescription medications are final sale and non-refundable once they have been:
- Prescribed by a licensed provider
- Dispensed by a partner pharmacy
- Shipped or delivered
This includes, but is not limited to: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Peptides, and any compounded or prescription-based treatment.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for medications for reasons including: change of mind, side effects or intolerance, dose preference, failure to achieve desired results, or delays caused after shipment.
2. Clinical Services Are Non-Refundable Once Rendered
Telehealth services, including medical consultations, provider review, prescription approval, and ongoing care coordination, are non-refundable once completed, as these are professional medical services already provided.
If a provider declines to prescribe: If you complete an intake and the reviewing provider determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you and does not issue a prescription, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or program fee you paid for that intake. In that case, no clinical service is considered “rendered” for purposes of this policy.
If a treatment is not available in your state: If we cannot provide the treatment you selected because it is not available in your state, you will not be charged, or, if already charged, you will receive a full refund.
3. Refunds for Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges
Refunds may be issued in cases of verified:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect charge
- Subscription billing error
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
4. Orders Not Dispensed May Be Eligible for Cancellation
If your order has not yet been approved or dispensed by the pharmacy, you may request cancellation. Once the prescription has been submitted for fulfillment, the order becomes non-cancellable.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipments
If your medication arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, warm beyond acceptable standards, or with packaging issues, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the package and contents
- Description of the issue
We will work with the pharmacy to determine eligibility for replacement shipment, store credit, or refund (only when required).
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or pharmacy processing volume. Refunds are not guaranteed for delays once medication has shipped, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage all patients to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in suspension of care and are reported to payment processors as applicable.
